Philosophy Many young people have a strong love and passion for music. Yet often this focus becomes so self-centered that it abandons the heart, from where it originated. Through collaborating with Argentine musicians, volunteering, and discovering a new language and culture, our interns have the opportunity to develop and share the best of themselves with others. We work with enthusiastic students with all different levels of musical experience. Our intent is not to focus on the pursuit of the recording arts as a definite career choice. Instead, we aim to build confidence, a sense of success, and self-worth regardless of whatever talents our interns may possess, as they work to become better musicians and individuals.
